Scheduling Home Visits CP

  1. Select child from Participant List
  2. Click on Family Services Tab
  3. Click on Add Event
  4. Select Home Visits
  5. Initial Date: Date of first home visit
  6. Description: PY (current school year) & Name of child (PY 20/21 Rocky)
  7. Service Area: Home Base
  8. Case Worker: Your Name
  9. Click on Schedule Home Visits
  10. Select For a Home-Based Program
  11. Enter the date of your first home visit
  12. Enter the date of the last day of the current program
  13. Agency Worker: Choose your name from the drop down
  14. Total Time: Ensure it reads 1 Hour and 30 Minutes
  15. Description: Ensure it reads Home Visit.
  16. Ensure there is NO checkmark in the “Add a counter after the description” box.
  17. Click Schedule Home Visits
  18. Find the Home Visits that fall during the week of Thanksgiving, the two weeks during Winter Break and Spring break and delete
