Entering Make Up Visits

 

  1. After completion of a Make Up Home Visit, open the canceled home visit action.
  2. Click on Add
  3. Action Type: Select what type of visit you would of had: In Person Visit, Phone Visit, Video
  4. Scheduled: Leave
  5. Action Date: Date of Make Up
  6. Type of Contact: Home Visit
  7. Description: Make Up Home Visit “X” (What number home visit you made up)
  8. Status: Choose the appropriate
    • Makeup: Completed (If family can- celled home )
    • Makeup: Staff Cancelled
  9. Case Worker: Ensure your name is listed.
  10. Total Time: Enter actual home visit time if less than 1 hour and 30 min- utes.
  11. Click Save
