1.Select Report 2306 – Participant Attendance Percentage (Grid) in Child Plus Online

2.Select appropriate options for your caseload.

Program Term: Choose EHS/HS & the current program year

Program Option: <ALL>

Location: Choose Shasta Head Start Child Development, click the arrow   then select your center, click the center arrow and select your classroom

Enrollment Status: Check Enrolled & Dropped

Flag/Group: Not Filtered

Responsible Staff: All

Custom Filters: Not Filtered

 

Other Filters and Options:

Report Options: Select Show All Attendance Percentages

Percentage of Present Days: Leave blank

Show transferred students in all classrooms: check the box

Begin Date: First Day Your Classroom(s) was open, (State) Or the Child’s First Day At The Center

End Date: enter the 60th day of attendance

Grid Settings

  • Report columns to show: All Selected
  • Show horizontal grid lines – check this box
  • Show vertical grid lines – check this box
  • Group by: Classroom

  1. Document 60 Day Average Daily Attendance (ADA) on the Family Services Cover Sheet and if the ADA is below 90% in the first 60 days, provide parent education: Help Your Child Succeed and document the reason for attendance under 90% on the Cover Sheet.
