CP Update Eligibility Notes

Whenever you have contact with a family related to their eligibility, selection, or waitlisted status, you need to update the Eligibility Notes in ChildPlus. This allows all parties to be aware of what contact has occurred and what was told to the family.

  1. On the Services tab, in the Participants list, click the relevant person’s name.

Note: If the participant is not included in the list, click the Change List button. Alternatively, use the Search field above the list to locate the child.

  1. On the participant’s record, click the Enrollment

  1. Scroll down to the Eligibility section.
  2. Type the Eligibility Notes, including enough detail that other staff will understand what was done.

Note: The date and your name will be saved automatically; you do not need to enter them.

  1. Click the Save button in the upper right corner.
