Social Media Posting Request

Social media posts are to help promote our mission. That means a request can be made to promote classroom activities, programs (such as health, nutrition, parent/teacher trainings, etc.), education and child development through our social media page.

How to create a social media posting request:

  1. Fill out the Social Media Post Request Form
  2. Be sure to fill out all fields within the form completely and ensure that all required documents have been collected.
    1. NOTE: If any fields are left blank and/or there are missing media releases and/or your content does not match within the guidelines outlined above, the social media post will not be created.
  3. Have your Manager and a Director sign the form for approval.
  4. Submit the completed form and required documents by scanning all items as a single document to the “Admin Clerical” scan folder.
  5. Please allow 1 week for social media post creation and execution.
