Social Media Posting Request
Social media posts are to help promote our mission. That means a request can be made to promote classroom activities, programs (such as health, nutrition, parent/teacher trainings, etc.), education and child development through our social media page.
How to create a social media posting request:
- Fill out the Social Media Post Request Form
- Be sure to fill out all fields within the form completely and ensure that all required documents have been collected.
- NOTE: If any fields are left blank and/or there are missing media releases and/or your content does not match within the guidelines outlined above, the social media post will not be created.
- Have your Manager and a Director sign the form for approval.
- Submit the completed form and required documents by scanning all items as a single document to the “Admin Clerical” scan folder.
- Please allow 1 week for social media post creation and execution.
