Ordering Business Cards

Business cards are great to have to easily give out your contact information. When you are running low on cards, you have run out of cards or need to change your contact information, you can use this SOP to help you to order new business cards.

Follow the simple steps below to submit your new business card order:

  1. Download and fill out the Business Card Request Form
    1. You will receive 100 cards unless approved by a Director.
  2. Ensure both you and your manager have signed the form.
  3. Email the completed form to the Executive Assistant.
  4. The Executive Assistant will create a mockup of the Business Card requested.
  5. The Executive Assistant will then email you a copy of the Business Card proof for your approval.
    1. Be sure to double check spelling, contact information, basic layout, etc.
  6. Once you have approved the Business Card proof, the Executive Assistant will order the approved number of cards from Visita Print.
  7. Orders will take 1-2 weeks to arrive at your center via center mail.
