Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Shasta Head Start offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all staff members at no cost. Life’s not always easy. Sometimes a personal or professional issue can affect your work, health, and general wellbeing. The EAP is an extremely helpful benefit available for employees and eligible dependents and is 100% confidential. Some benefits of EAP include (but not limited to):

  • Up to three face-to-face sessions with a counselor & unlimited 24/7 telephone access to mental health professionals
  • Legal assistance & financial services
    • Legal consult over the phone
    • Financial consultation over the phone
    • Online will preparation
  • Work/life resources
  • New parent guidance
