Benefits
Shasta Head Start offers a wide range of benefits to eligible employees. Benefits eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors, including employee classification. The four main benefits covered in the SOPs are: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance; 401(k); Education Stipend; and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
