Employee Retention Bonus 2024/2025
Effective November 1, 2024
Shasta Head Start is looking to recognize our current employees. To accomplish this goal, Shasta Head Start will implement a bonus program beginning November 1, 2024 ending August 31, 2025.
To be eligible, employees must be employed during the entire period from November 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025, to receive a bonus.
The bonuses will be in the amount of $1,700. Bonuses will not be prorated; employees must be employed during the entire bonus period November 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025, to receive a bonus.
Bonuses will be paid on the September 19, 2025, payday.
Employees on approved unpaid leave of absence (e.g., Pregnancy Disability Leave, FMLA, workers’ comp, etc.) will receive a bonus if the eligibility requirements are met.
Employees asked to return from layoff must be willing to return to work within thirty miles of their normal assigned work location to receive the $1,700 bonus.
Shasta Head Start reserves the right to modify or discontinue this bonus.
Shasta Head Start reserves the right to rescind this bonus offer if the grant is not approved by the Office of Head Start.
