Home Visits in Child Plus

Scheduling Home Visits in Child Plus

Home visitors must provide one home visit per week per family that lasts at least an hour and a half and provide a minimum of 46 visits per year.  If a family enrolls midyear, home visitors will then provide a prorated number of home visits depending on the date of enrollment.

All home visits will be scheduled in ChildPlus (CP) beginning with the first home visit entered as “Home Visit” and CP will populate a weekly Home Visit thereafter. See Instructions for scheduling home visits in ChildPlus

Entering Home Visits in Child Plus

Entering Make Up Home Visits in Child Plus
