Family Worker Yearly Timeline
The purpose of the Family Worker Yearly Timeline is to provide Family Worker’s (FW) with job expectations and requirements that should be completed throughout the program year.
The FW yearly timeline begins with “Prior to Enrollment” and follows the progression of expected requirements to be completed in a program year. Also included, are “Ongoing” expectations that take place weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ongoing as needed.
The timeline includes a schedule of when each task should be completed, a description of the task, and any comments or things to remember.
Supervision Tool for Family Worker’s
Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring all tasks, procedures, and systems are being followed according to the Family Worker Timeline. The Supervision Tool for Family Workers is used to assist supervisors in understanding their role and monthly supervision tasks associated with the Family Worker position.
