Education Staff Yearly Timelines

Yearly Timelines

The purpose of the yearly timelines is to guide education staff in requirements and procedures that are to be completed throughout the program year. The yearly timelines are to be kept in the Teacher/Primary Caregiver Binder to allow for easy reference.

Education staff refer to the yearly timelines at the beginning of each month, as well as throughout the month, to ensure they plan for what is happening currently and what is upcoming. Associate Teachers, Primary Caregivers, and Teachers will use the top portion of the tool. Supervision tasks are found at the bottom portion of the timeline.

There are 3 tools for the Yearly Timeline:

Supervision and the Yearly Timeline

Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring all tasks, procedures, and systems are being followed according to the yearly timelines. Supervisors will refer to the bottom portion of the yearly timeline for monthly supervision tasks.

The Supervision Tool for HS and EHS Yearly Timelines is used to help confirm all requirements are met for education staff and to understand the supervisor’s role in the implementation of yearly timelines. The Supervision Tool for the HS and EHS Yearly Timeline gives detailed instructions of the supervisor’s role.
