California Early Childhood Online

To support early childhood teachers, the California Early Learning and Development System provides an integrated set of modules based on state-of-the-art information for early learning and development and best practices in early education.

In order to create a CECO account, you must have an email address.

Here is the link to the website: California Early Childhood Online Follow these steps to create an account & submit your registry ID:

  1. On the home page, click New User?

2. Please fill out the registration form.  Make sure to include your work force registry number.

3. Please click the red Explore all Modules link.

4. In the Explore All Modules area you will scroll down and find the CSEFEL Teaching Pyramid Framework module and click on it.

5. After clicking on the link you will be directed to this page.  Please click the Enroll Me button at the bottom of the page.

6. You will then be directed to this page where you will click Start Session.
