Record Incomplete State Program Application Status

We sometimes create events in the Health module that are not health-related. For example, you may need to create a health event to record the incomplete application status of a family’s State Program application.

  1. On the Services tab, in the Participants list, click the relevant person’s name.

Note: If the participant is not included in the list, click the Change List button. Alternatively, use the Search field above the list to locate the child.

  1. Click the Health
  2. On the Events tab, click the Add Event

  1. In the Add Health Event field, add the relevant event type.

Note: This is a lengthy list; scroll down to locate the correct event type.

  1. Click OK.

  1. In the Event Details section, complete the following fields:
  • Scheduled Date, Event Date, and Expires
  • Select the relevant Status: “Pass,” “Failed,” “Failed 1st Needs Rescreen,” or “Failed 1st Needs Referral.”
  • Enter a Description, such as the age of the screener or “Pedestrian Safety.”
  • Results
  • If the event is health-related, select the relevant Referral, Follow-Up Assessment, Formal Evaluation, Treatment, or Treatment for a Diagnosed Chronic Condition checkboxes as needed.
  • Agency Worker
  • If relevant, select the Parents/Guardians Notified checkbox, and enter Who was notified, By whom, Date Notified, and Time Notified.
  • After the event has been completed, enter a Closed Date and remove the Expires date so that the event stops appearing in the To Do List.

  1. Add Event Notes if necessary. Begin by clicking the clock icon to enter a time/date stamp and your User ID to the Notes area.
  2. Click the Save and Close
