Head Start To-Do List(s)

Whether transitioning within the Head Start program or leaving the Head Start program, the Head Start Staff is responsible for completing many tasks and to-dos associated with the transition.

Many of these tasks are single-step requirements and are described in the Transition Scenarios section of this SOP. However, the following tasks have multiple sub-steps and are described in more detail within this section:

  1. Classroom Activities.
  2. Sending Child File.
  3. Enrollment in a New Program.
