Addressing Family Changes for State Program Applications
All CCTR and CSPP state contracts are effective for 24 months with no reduction in hours or an increase in family fees, regardless of any changes in the family’s situation.
However, families may voluntarily request a change to their current state contract.
Reasons for requesting a change include:
- Increasing certified hours due to a change in need for services
- Reducing certified hours due to a change in need for services
- Reducing family fees due to a reduction in income
- Note: This does not change the family’s certified hours
If a family comes into the center and asks about changing their state contract, please direct them to the ERSEA department so an Enrollment Coordinator may address their concerns and complete the state change process with them.
